Terms of Use
Use PlanFlow for your own projects. What you put in it is yours. PlanFlow helps you plan, but the dates it works out are estimates: you stay responsible for your project's decisions. Keep a backup.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and The Infosharp (“we”, “us”). By installing or using PlanFlow you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PlanFlow on devices you own or control, for personal or business projects. You may not copy, resell, rent or redistribute the app, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
3. Your content
Projects, tasks, notes, photos and everything else you add belong to you. They are stored on your device, and in your own Google Drive if you turn on backup and sync. We do not receive your content and claim no rights in it. You are responsible for having the right to store and share what you add, including photos of people or sites and the details of team members.
4. Planning results are estimates
PlanFlow works out dates from the durations, links, working days and holidays you enter. Its schedules, progress figures, “at risk” warnings and reports are tools to help you, not guarantees. Check important dates yourself before you rely on them for contracts, payments, safety or other decisions. We are not responsible for delays, costs or losses that come from relying on them.
5. Backups and sync
Your data lives on your phone, so losing, resetting or replacing the phone can lose it. Use Drive backup or save a backup file regularly. Sync merges changes from your phones: when the same item is changed on two phones, the later change is kept. We cannot recover data that was never backed up.
6. Google services
Drive backup and sync use your Google account and are also covered by Google's Terms of Service. Google's availability, storage limits and account rules are outside our control.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Some features of PlanFlow may need a paid subscription, offered for example per quarter or per year. If you subscribe:
- The price, period and any free trial are shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy.
- Payment is taken by Google Play to your Google account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- If a subscription ends, your projects stay on your phone and are not deleted.
We may change prices for future periods. Google Play will tell you before a new price applies, as its rules require.
8. Fair use
Do not use PlanFlow to break the law, to store or share content you have no right to, or to try to harm the app, other people's devices or Google's services.
9. Updates and changes
We may update PlanFlow to fix problems, add features or meet store rules, and we may change or remove features. Future versions may add shared team projects, which will have their own terms and an updated privacy policy before they are released.
10. Ownership
The app, its design, name and icon belong to The Infosharp. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond the licence in section 2.
11. No warranty
PlanFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be free of errors, always available, or fit for a particular purpose.
12. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, The Infosharp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for PlanFlow in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
13. Ending use
You can stop using PlanFlow at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these terms, your licence to use the app ends.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
