Delete your data
Good to know
PlanFlow has no account with us and we hold none of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Your data is only on your phone and, if you turned on backup, in your own Google Drive. You can delete both yourself.
Delete some items
- Delete a project, phase or task from its menu. It goes to Trash.
- Open Trash and delete it for good, or wait: items in Trash are removed automatically after 30 days.
Delete everything on the phone
- Uninstall PlanFlow, or go to Android Settings → Apps → PlanFlow → Storage → Clear storage.
- This removes all projects, photos and settings from that phone. Do this on each phone you use.
Delete the Google Drive backup
- In the app, open Me → Backup, sync & restore and tap Disconnect, so the backup is not uploaded again.
- Open drive.google.com → Settings → Manage apps.
- Find PlanFlow, open Options and choose Delete hidden app data.
- To also remove PlanFlow's access to your Google account, go to Google Account → Third-party connections and remove PlanFlow.
